24K is "going downhill". There is "no upkeep" of the "main room". And there is "stains" and bad "paint" everywhere. The "bathroom" is "trashed". There are "stained pool tables" and "collapsed vinyl couches". It is also "really dark" in "some areas". There is however a "good attitude".
