Sky is one of my favorites and I've seen her a few times. She is easy to contact - just leave a voice mail and she'll get back to you as quick as she can - usually the same day. Sky is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable with her right away. No airs - she is available more hours than most and if you just tell her what you want she is up-front about whether it's on the menu or not. If it isn't she'll let you know.
