Looking for a night out thats just not the usual.

I want to plan an extravagant night out. I dont want the usual dinner and bar scene with drunks and loud music blarring. I am looking for some place perhaps for a nice dinner. And more quiet social gathering later and perhaps some dancing (i have an idea for that)
Any suggestions?
