For myself, I just take it confirm the session, but that is ok up here anyway. What I don't like is payment after the fact, as I find that makes it seem like a cheap movie stereotype of money left on the dresser in the morning. If she has a website with an "etiquette" section she probably tells you how to handle the donation there. Some ladies want it in the bathroom, some near the sink and some spread out on the table so she can count it. If she doesn't have a website with specific instructions just put it in a plain white envelope and lay it down on the first piece of furniture you see when you walk into her incall.

WOW!!!! That's kind of confusing that he did it more than once.

I would appreciate this actually, since I can use them for the laundry lol. When you do this kind of thing, you do a lot of laundry, and constantly having to get change for it or running out mid way, well, you appreciate clients who bring useful coins lol.
