Not sure what your quote has to do with anything. No one "violently" opposed you...and just because someone doesnt wholeheartedly agree with you does not mean they are of mediocre mind. As a matter of fact, I did not agree or disagree with you. I read your post, got the message that you were not happy with the implications reviews may have, and so I gave my suggestions to you on how to grow within the business without having to deal with reviews. I did not insult you or your intelligence, and at no point did I invalidate your opinion so all that defensive backlash on your part was not called for.

The problem isnt *the system* its one particular site only that requires explicit reviews and will not even approve the review if its not raunchy enough. NR is not that site...as a matter of fact, with the majority of review sites, the guys are free to say whatever they want without having to be explicit. If a guy does it, its because *he* chose to and as I mentioned in my first post, most times a guy will respect a ladies wishes for discretion.

That is where change starts, within your own business by communicating your feelings about explicit reviews with the men you meet. And it doesnt have to be a long tirade of whats wrong with the system, a simple "I would appreciate a review, but please dont be explicit" is more than enough to get the point across.

your argument is contradictory and a bit confusing on the one hand you want the traffic and cash
driven by reviews, then in another part of your post you laud the scores and state you strive for perfection.
the main thing i get from your posts are that you want editorial control or some vague sort of statement along the

well the above is useless for anyone other than someone who wants a nice commendation for her ad. your reviews arent advertisements they are for the hobbyist not you.
I can't stress that enough "they may suit you" or they may not suit you, IT DOES NOT MATTER. Your feeling of ownership of your reviews is simply wrong, you dont own them.
Techncially and legally NR does, they could edit or amend as they see fit should they wish to.

in a perfect world the review is a helpful word from someone who spent a good bit of cash, to another who may spend a good bit of cash on what kind
of return he can expect for his investment.

You wish reviews had less detail, I wish they had more detail regarding what kind of pain in the ass bullshit i can expect on the way such as screening,
how much running around she had the poor bastard engage in before giving him the actual address etc. Neither of get what we want under the current system.
It's still the most objective way to decide on who to see if your not comfortable with making a blind choice.
Personally I care more about how many reviews and from whom they came from then actual content, again im in the minority most guys wnat to know a lot more before committing
