wow. think about it guys. a girl uses a 2 call system especially if her incall is also her home. In these tough economic times, more and more ladies are doing this. So, 2 calls help her to control WHO and WHEN someone gets her home address. It helps her figure out WHO is SERIOUS.

sidebar: johnny rapist calls and makes appt. then gets home address and then NCNS. Johnny shows up later, breaks in and rapes the woman. He thinks he can get away with this - whose gonna believe the whore?

Many first call locations allow the lady to see you and the vehicle you drive, if its all busted up, expect to get cancelled. If it looks like you are being tails, expect to get cancelled. Further, yes, it prevents setting up a sting. LE rarely goes after the one-off arrest and for the trouble likes to take down 6-7 providers and 20-30 johns.

I NEVER give them my address. Never ever. I'll have them call from where they can safely stop in a parking lot, then tell them where they meet me (just around the corner) and I meet them outside my house.

Lucia, is your 'house' the same house that you actually live in? How common is it that providers work out of the same place that they live, as opposed to working from a separate apartment, hotel room, etc?

From what we know, it is VERY common for girls to work from the home they actually live in. Especially these days, the additional cost of an incall cuts into the revenues that one lives on, oh, an before people start up with the "well your making $250 an hour" consider that many many hours go into securing a single call. we wrote extensively about this on our blog. Bottom line, there is a lot of overhead, and the added cost of an incall cuts into what remains to pay bills.

I'm not a full time provider. It would just be unreasonable to rent a place for 5 appointments per week.

You're a smart woman so I'm sure you take as many precautions as you can. It's still risky to work out of your house as any ex-client could turn into a stalker and knows where you live. Take care of yourself.

Yeah, I know.... it's a calculated risk. I do pick well so far... fortunately I'm in a position where i can always say "naaaw, I think I'd rather not see you" if they are already suspicious during the screening process.

I think NOT being a GFE provider makes it a little easier, too - i don't get the ones who think I'm the love of their life. They know they receive a luxury service... not many people would start stalking the bartender at the Ritz, either.

I guess everyone has a risk level that they are comfortable with. I hope you screen well and I think you're right about how not providing GFE probably stops guys from falling head over heals...you never know though.

Nice to see the gents supportive of LuciaMelena's choices to carefully screen. Many part-time providers will also choose to work from their homes - however, big difference is they are GFE, PSE, FS, etc. so, please take the providers need to be cautious and to screen graciously.

Like Lucia, we are part-time, but we do not work from our home. We do not rely on hobby income. Many part-timers do not rely on their hobby income, the added advantage is that we can (and do) pass on potential clientele if we cannot adequately screen to satisfy our comfort level.

If I were a provider I wouldn't work from home. Doesn't matter how good the screening is because there's no way of controlling what the guy will do in a year from now when he still has your address...who knows maybe the guy wakes up crazy one day out of the blue.
