A rating system for the real hobbyist - no stars involved
I am fascinated with the ongoing debate over rating systems. However, while the whole star thing is being worked out, real hobbyists need to know the following:
1. Was the girl the real deal or was she a scammer?
2. How much was the quoted fee?
3. Was the fee as advertised or did she try to up sell?
4. During your session, did she mention ever being in prison? Don’t laugh. I had that happen once.
5. CBJ, BBBJ, BBBJCIM, or no BJ at all?
6. Are the pictures that she uses hers or did she steal them?
7. If the pictures are hers were they taken recently?
8. Did she provide the services advertised?
9. Was her incall in a reasonably safe area?
10. Was a boyfriend or SO hanging around?
11. Did she abide by accepted definitions of FS, GFE, and PSE or did she have some bullshit definition of her own to screw you on the services provided?
12. Were there two girls at the incall when you arrived (almost always a bad omen)?
13. Did the session run the advertised time?
14. Did she provide multiple cups or was she a “you cum you’re done” girl?
15. Would you see her again?
There is no need to rate the girl’s looks. If her pictures are real each hobbyist can make his own evaluation. If her pictures are fake, that is all most of us need to know.
There is no need to rate the girl’s “performance”. This is far too subjective for hobbyists to evaluate good vs. great vs. average vs. mediocre, so why try. Give your fellow hobbyists a heads up on the items above and let them take it from there.
Most of the questions can be answered with a simple yes or no and contain no fodder that could create future problems.

I agree, we put so much emphasis on ratings, but the details are what matters - the services offered and the reviewer's validation that those services are (or aren't) "as advertised". Good post Blake.
Good post Blake - you have a PM.

Well put and I couldn't agree with you more. I don't honestly pay attention to the star ratings but focus instead on the points you've bulleted out above. Nice post and I hope that more review writers will begin to see things your way. A review after all is supposed to tell us all of the details we need to know to make a decision on see a provider or not.
Yep, a far more accurate way of reading and writing reviews. What you mentioned is what I look for in a review.
According to www.sexwork.com, reviews with details (mostly the ones with acronyms) are being used to indict girls and hobbyists.
I totally understand the desire to know exactly which sexual acts have been performed - I can see the logic that such acts might be provided to you.
However, (I'm gonna try something different here)...
1) Do hobbyists consider the possibility that YMMV - every provider MAY treat each client on a case-by-case basis regarding the exact menu of services. -- I dunno, maybe some providers would like the option of offering a BJ covered or BB depending on the cleanliness (or appeal) of a particular client???
2) Assuming we are all living here in the good old USA, the fact is, paying for sex is illegal (yes, I hate that law, and agree, it makes no sense, however, my EMOTION does not change the FACT) - And given it is Illegal, do hobbyists take no regard to LE activity (especially those activities cited at www.sexwork.com)?
3) Is there ANY WAY you hobbyists can have 85-90% of what BlakeBoca suggests while ALSO eliminating the potentially harmful alphabet soup and adhering to a more, "retained for time" premise - keeping "activities" private? (specifically items #5 and #11)
Alex and I will try to keep our opinion on this issue to ourselves - many of you already know where we stand. Our desire in this thread is to find middle ground with our beloved hobbyists.

I'm onboard. LOL at "did she ever mention being in prison" I'm one for second chances so I wouldn't want to know if she had been in prison and I wouldn't care one way or the other. Also agree that multiple girls in the apartment at the same time is a sign of bad things to come.
Good post Blake. That's how reviews should be.

Blake you pretty much summed it up for the most part that's what I look for.
I also see Christine's point I always consider YMMV & Chemistry with everyone I've seen. I know for a fact that there have been instances where I've gotten "a lot" from a provider then I tell this guy to go see her and he doesn't get half of what I got. I've also had women tell me they wouldn't do certain things with some guys just because of looks or maybe hygiene.
I myself have been worried lately about posting reviews because of the recent LE activities, but on the same had I don't have answer on how to that 85-90% of much needed info. Maybe we can get rid of the alphabet soup & use color coded stars for different menu items.
That's my .02

Maybe we could create a new code that's so ingenious and impenetrable that only Tom Hanks will be able to crack it...

LOL! Great one @Sinbad.
Thing is, any "code" we devise is flawed, prone to infiltration. LE deciphers gang symbols and drug traffic all the time - think hobbyists could come up with a system where the key is only given to other proven hobbyists?
What are the options?

What about using an very old dead language?
http://www.omniglot.com/writing/olditalic.htm
I leaning towards "Messapic" since it kind of sounds like massage.
Or what about steganography?
http://lifehacker.com/230915/geek-to-live--hide-data-in-files-with-easy-...
We hide the data in images. This isn't the best example but Al Queda uses it all the time why can't we use it? Maybe just have a nice(clothed) picture of a lady & have the 411 locked inside it.
Alright I'm stretching it a bit but why not?

I like it. As long as we aren't using Klingon I'm game!
Boys... your all too funny.
But seriously, does anyone think these creative ideas will work?
Do you not see the problem that ANY such code must have a widely distributed "cypher" so all hobbyists and providers could be speaking the same language?
85-90% of what BlakeBoca suggests is totally possible in todays US LE environment.
My biggest question is this:
Can you manage to still hobby effectively if questions #5 & #11 were eliminated (or at least watered down to remove all alphabet soup acronyms)?
What alternatives could you use to get the down-low on a provider you are prowling?

I personally don't see what the need for a code is and neither do the majority of providers. The day we are convinced to stop writing descriptive reviews because of fear mongering is the day that communities like this one cease to have a purpose. At the end of the day, we pay for a provider's time and everything else is YMMV. I fail to see the problem with reporting the results of what happened when you paid to spend some time with a woman. There's absolutely nothing illegal about paying for someone's time. The cases I see all over the news are SW's and CL girls who openly advertise the price tied to what the hobbyist will receive. There's a big difference there legally speaking.
thanks High Roller.
Orlando has a lot of LE activity and I keep checking for who they arrest. Exactly like you say.
Just imagine it's your job... SW and CL, that's what I'd do.. exchanging emails for ever, then meeting somewhere, not talking anything explicit? Forget it. Sure they waste a lot of tax money with the BS... but they aren't THAT wasteful.
Christine, if you really go for dinner with the guys before anything happens, you're supersafe already. You wouldn't need any screening (for LE that is.. I know you want to know who owns a gun).

I am conflicted about reviews. I have not written a review for several months because of my own concerns about the security of these boards. I also agree that without informative reviews, this website and any other like it will die.
In the end, hobbyists have to be willing to review to keep these boards alive. When I read a review I want to learn three things.
First, is the girl a legitimate provider? It is a yes or no question. Yes means you have a smile on your face. No means she is an out right scammer or thief and the review stops here.
Second, is the girl honest in her business dealings? This is another yes or no question. Phony pictures, up selling, cutting a session off early, these things all count. If everything is cool the answer is yes. If the answer is not yes, the answer is no and the review stops here.
Third, did this provider do everything in her power to make you want to see her again? Another yes or no question.
I could read a review like this, study the girl’s ads and decide if I want to make contact.
Concerning secret codes, they don’t work because they are never actually secret. Back channels are made for cops. How screwed would you be if your back channel provider turned out to be LE.
If you haven’t dosed off yet, I have a website for you. http://www.independentgirls.com You may have to get a user name to get to the interesting parts. Go to the South Florida section. The rest is a waste of time. This is a fully evolved community. The site is about 12 years old. The girls are the real thing and the guys treat them right. A reference or two is a big help in getting started. Anybody that pulls anything funny gets flagged. Providers or hobbyists. The reviews are very graphic. I don’t know how long it will last but South Florida is like the Wild West for this stuff right now.
I'm done here.
Well, maybe you dosed off, but I hope you only dozed off.
Now I'm done here.
