I think it's safe to assume that most states do have an ordinance in place of this kind.

Very sad to see how they embarass people by posting their full names and pictures.

Laws vary from state to state and then when you add city and or county ordinances into the equation it can really get confusing. I do think it might be a good idea to become better aquainted with the local laws and ordinances in your home area.

I believe similar laws exist in most states. There is also a similar rule for prostitution within a certain proximity to Churches. I can understand the school one but the church rule really pisses me off.

That's true Patch. I believe that in many states there is a law that if prostitution takes place within a certain proximity to a school or church the penalty is more severe...I always thought that this applies more to SW's though?

I wonder, if a provider's incall is near a school/church, would she get nailed with the additional penalties if the activity takes place indoors?

It is MN after all. I mean hell they have Bingo A-go-go there which is held at a catholic church sometimes and at a Shriners temple others. For those who are unaware of what bing a-go-go my friends affectionately call it Drag Queen Bingo. It's a group of DQ's that raise money for a Aids halfway house and they do skits between games. A couple years ago I won a full turkey dinner. LOL

It was interesting being interviewed by a 6'4" DQ. When s'he asked what I do in Chicago I replied "work".... I was a little stage fright or DQ fright. Not quite sure, but it was a blast.

i was looking and here in phoenix theres not many spots that dont have a school within a mile and half. i found a cpl blocks that wouldnt meet that criteria if you were generous and didnt mind being in the middle of a rail yard or a factory.

Agreed. It's just another thing for them to hold over your head if you don't cooperate.
