No No I wasn't any where near there. I was home tucked in my bed when I got the call last night from her...She has more experience than I at this and she was kinda helping me with just general info and then we just started chatting all the time. But no not me and I hope that I never get caught up in something like that. She would have been okay but they tied her to a particular site thats very explicit in nature and the in detail reviews that she recieved tied it all together in a nice big bow so to say...But in any event Thanks for Asking and Play Hard but Play safe..

This is why I am not a big fan of reviews. I post it right on my site that I like to keep everything private.

agreed, reviews are tricky. We prefer to keep things private as well, but so many gents use them (and in our opinion, they use them in a many that puts themselves and the ladies at risk of a LE bust).

IMO, providers who don't allow reviews get less business in general. I won't see anyone without reviews unless I know something about the providers track record...there are some providers who are so well known that the reviews aren't even necessary but the rest of the time I'll take a review please. Reviews allow us hobbyists to gain more of an equal ground and stop us from being ripped off three times a day.

Mr. Sin. no argument that reviews help hobbyists avoid rip-offs. We hate to hear about hobbyists being ripped-off! (just as we hate to see good ladies getting ripped off too) However, given the current LE activity, would you agree that now might be the time to reconsider exactly what details get put into a good review?

We think it might be time for the hobby community to reconsider the contents of its review systems.

most review sites have a disclaimer that all reviews are stricly fictional and that they are fantasy only. And that the site does not condone any illegal activity, and to post a review you agree to those terms that the review is striclty fantasy. that is to not only cover there butts, but to protect the reviewer and the girl, if ever tried to use in court, it should not hold up.

There are now several cases where reviews and their contents are being used to secure indictments. Even if they do not hold up in court, most gents cant bear the battle to clear their name as the mere grand public implication does too much harm to ones civilian life.

Bottom line - disclaimers are rapidly being pierced as bullshit = you are in danger.

Our advice - don't include "sexual act details" in your reviews. Period.

Why not. It's not like LE has any idea who wrote the review in the first place. Most of us are smart enough to use a hobbyist email address so even in the event that our contact info was revealed there'd be no way of proving who had written the review. I'll continue to write reviews with sexual acts included because that's the only way any of us can separate the real providers from the pretenders, period.

Do as you will, its your choice. But understand that you are in fact opening yourself up to a potential risk. Computer forensics certainly can link you to your computer to your hobby email account and to the review site, with enough subpoenas, the "anonymity" you think you enjoy can easily be unraveled.

I am no legal expert, but from the bleachers, we here in Phoenix are seeing some crazy things in the effort to "clean things up". While none of it may stand the test of appeals, it doesn't matter, many hobbyists can not weather the fallout of a very public accusation. -- apologies, I realize I am now repeating our earlier post--

Hobbyists (generally speaking) are not dumb, the hobby community MUST consider a less exposed alternative.

We made an observation and a "proposal" within a comment of another thread for a possible solution - it goes like this:

Actually, we love reviews, (we even have a couple/few ourselves).

Last thing we want is for our cautiousness to be misconstrued as "scare-tactics".

However, everyone here in Phoenix is crazy jittery, so we may come across as overly cautious to the rest of the states, but we feel to conduct our selves in our area safely, a very healthy cautiousness is required.

Our interest in the subject of seeing a review system altered has nothing to do with weather we "like" reviews or not.

Our interest is driven for a desire of greater protection and more accurate details for provider and hobbyist alike.

Our "proposal" would actually increase review activity, improve accuracy and offer greater protection - or did you not read the details?

I find this discussion interesting because I'm having a tough time trying to find a site I can trust due to fear of a sting... So I've just been reading as many reviews as possible and trying to figure out how to establish privacy and security.

Most of my clients are like me, and would rather not display their personal business on a website. It's easy to research a provider without the reviews to find out if she is real.Of course, most men I see are looking for long term relationships.
My dates would rather keep me a secret They don't want to share..
