Penis Pumps
It seems like they've been around for years now and while I've always doubted their effectiveness, I wonder how they could continue to be on the market if they don't work. Have any of you ever tried a penis pump? Did it work? I'm happy with the size of my penis but I certainly wouldn't complain about an extra inch or two.

A couple of things come to mind regarding your question. Firstly, just because something has been available in the backs of magazines for eons doesn't mean that it works. One reason that they continue to be advertised is simply because just about every guy in the world wants to have a big penis and there are enough of us who are gullible enough to believe that a pump will make their penis bigger. The fact of the matter is that they won't make your penis bigger.
Some of these pumps actually advertise that they are FDA approved but that is a complete and total sham. Penis pumps were originally designed as a way of treating ED and not for increasing the size of your penis. They are approved by the FDA but not for penis enlargement, rather for ED. Basically, they work by creating a vacuum around your penis and the sucking action causes blood to be drawn into the veins of your penis causing it to "grow". This growth is not permanent and will go away soon after you have removed the device. So, they do make your cock temporarily fuller which might be something you'd like to try, but no lasting effects will be felt.
If anyone does decide to try one, remember again that they aren't intended for healthy men without ED and that improper use could lead to injury such as burst blood vessels from over pumping.
I've also heard that they can cause problems with urination if used incorrectly. The only advantage is that your cock is fuller when you use one...Viagra has the same effect and has less side effects.
I'll pass...
