Starting an agency...

I have had many discussions with a lady friend of mine and we are toying with the idea of making some money on the side by starting a small escort agency with a staff of approximately six girls.
I'm not extremely well known in my community, but I do work in sales and have enough connections that getting involved in something shady would hurt my "day job". I read about other guys who got nailed doing the escort thing and it freaks me out a little. But work is slow and we really feel that we could put together a nice little service near Philly.
We understand many of the challenges associated with launching such an endeavor, but we'd appreciate any advice from people in this community who may have some experience with an agency startup. What was the biggest issue you encountered when starting your business and what advice would you give to "newbies" interested in building a small service from scratch?

My instant reaction to this question is don't even think about it. Why would you put your day job at risk to run something on the side? Find a different hobby that isn't on the gray side of white brother. That's just my two cents...I think others on the board would be able to give you tips.
I'm with Hung on that one. I wouldn't even consider it.
Even if this helps you in the short term it could hinder you in the long term with your name out there or someone finding out down the road.

Thanks guys. Food for thought. But what about all these agencies of numerous sizes that I see all over the place? There must be something about these enterprises that are worth the "risk" - and there must be tricks of the trade that businesses have learned so that they could minimize LE related risks?
Only the uninformed would start an agency in the current climate. No offense intended.
