Can only tell you that from other boards, this happens waaaay too much. Ladies flake out, some are just messing with "johns" and I am sure there are a host of other reasons. I would not take it personal. And certainly, I would NEVER wait an hour. The fact that you arrived "NEAR" her incall suggests that she did not even see you to tell your ethnicity. It is my understanding that the 2-call is to make sure the girl is ready for your arrival and to see if you are bringing a bunch of cars with you. I discount the latter to some degree, but not enough to make a big deal of it.

Lastly, send her a PM or call and leave a message and ask what happened. If she does not respond, out her on your locale board (hard to do a review if you never actually saw her). Word of caution, if she is well reviewed, expect a bunch of white knights to jump to her defense....but typically, it has been my observations that well reviewed ladies typically don't pull this type of crap.

two call sucks same sort of thing happens about a 1/3 of the time to me. i make sure to give them hell on the boards and add them to the dnc.

Listen to the guys and gal above me...it's not your fault and it probably has nothing to do with your face, your car, or anything else. These things happen. And, yes, it sucks. Happened to me too.

I am not so sure that either of the 2 items you listed are the reason.

Limit NS? If you called her 60 mminutes prior to confirm, what would make her think things would change in a hour?

Size you up upon arrival? hmmmm most of mine are to hotels and apt buildings and I never accept an appointment if they ask me what I am driving, I may take a bus or a cab, so that would not matter.

I'll say if you make contact 60-90 minute prior to confirm and she does not respond when you get there, she is a flake, plain and simple. If your confirmation is earlier than 60-90 minute prior and you leave the home, you are taking a big risk of NCNS from the lady. Things can happen days or weeks in advance. They are not all great organizers and quite a few can forget something set up more than 24 ours in advance. My advice and procedure is to call/email for contact within 60-90 minutes of appointment time and not leave home if I do not get a response to that contact. Of course you would be best served to let the lady know that you will call/email her 60-90 prior to confirm. Some ladies do not take a laptop with them and will tell you to call or text them.

Sounds like a flake to me. I suggest taking Amsterdam's advice and review her.

Peaceful I am surprized that you wont accept an appointment if asked what you drive. I make it a point to ask that question. Since I am incall....I want to make sure that I am answering the door for the client. Could be somewhat awkward if I answered the door and it turned out to be a salesman or someone totally unexpected.
I hope that you re-think your decision on that matter. You might just missing out on a great experience.

Autumn, since most of my apointments are in hotels or larger apartment/office buildings and I am parking in a ramp, how would knowing what I drive help? And how would that help identify who is at the door? I would think if you asked, well peaceful, whom would I be expecting to show at my door, could you describe yourself to me a little bit? Or even ask me what I will be wearing? Usually ladies that ask what I am driving is closely followed by what is the plate number. That usually tells me they have access to and intend on checking my DVR.

Since I am not an avid believer in giving out personal information and real names in an illegal activity, I don't feel comfortable giving out my plate number. Now if the lady is willing to exchange real identities, I am all game, but I think they are far and few in between. The hobby is built on reviews for the ladies and references for the gents, if that is not enough I am very happy moving on and have done quite well with that.

Another reason could be she double booked expecting at least one no show. First to arrive gets the final address and the other guy gets no answer. I had this happen once and she actually admitted to it when she called me back saying she was now available. Needless to say I passed.

I think that was the most likely reason. It is highly unprofessional, yet physicians offices do it frequently, usually the ones taking cheaper insurance. Yes the frequency of them (providers) being stood up is probably a high percentage of calls they get, and double, and even triple booking might seem a sure way to get paid, but......... as much as most these women charge, we should make up for the possible non profitable calls, and if the hour is lost, then I guess they will have to make hundred(s) the next hour. Her behavior spells greed to me, as well as unprofessional, especially with the fact that there is no waiting room, and there are many other women that could use and want our business, then.

I'm totally against the idea of dissing a guy who already drove to her location and was waiting outside her door. Bad.

You only did one thing wrong. You hung around for an hour. If this happens again, my advice is to give your "date" five more minutes, then call again. If she still does not answer, leave a message that you are sorry she couldn't keep the appointment but you can't wait around. Then walk away.

That's exactly what I was going to say. A lot of providers don't really expect you to show up after the first call anyway. Waiting for the second call as a confirmation allows them to maximize the number of dudes they can see in a day because they don't have to wait around for late guys. I've had his happen many times with lower-tier providers who I'm sure just tell everyone who calls "sure, come over and call me when you're close". First come first served. If you don't want to have this happen go for the pros who charge more and aren't trying see 37 guys in a day.

Sorry to hear that. Trust me this probably had nothing to do with you and everything to do with her. Sometimes girls double book or they get nervous. Still there is no excuse for at least sending you an apoligy and explainig herself you wasted gas to see her.
