what is wrong about asking "are you a full sevice privider?"
Geez I called a couple of ads that were vague so I ask if they are full service outcall? and I had one just hang up? WTF?
Is there another way of asking if she is going to play games? Or is she really a full service? I do not even ask about price just if they are ok with outcall ? then tell them my city and ask FS? and then she hung up? Called back and she hung up again this was an ad off cityvibe.... Somebody want to give me a clue as to how to ask if a she is FS provider? Without them freaking out!

thats a typical cop question and it has been used to convict providers in court.. .. most will hang up as soon as you say that unless they are a cop or a robber.
the courts have defined "full service" as being sexual intercourse so you will get the same response that you would get if you called up a provider and asked her if she'll f*ck you. .
also providers that play games dont actually admit that they play games until after you pay them. .... probably because it would render their games ineffective...... typically i think that you'd find that murderers wont tell you that they are murderers and robbers wont tell you that they are robbers and cops wont tell you that they are cops.
wtf ?.

I never ask. I use the following thought process/method:
1. When I go to a massage parlor that doesn't have extensive reviews but is advertised to be "erotic" in nature, I'll assume that they offer a HJ only. I'll try for extras (and often I'll get them) but my expectations will be for the standard hj.
2. When I visit an escort who doesn't have reviews but advertises in CL, BP, etc. I'll assume that she offers FS unless she advertises "massage only" or something like that. In my experience, covered FS vaginal sex is the standard service performed by escort providers in my area (LA).
3. If I want to know 100% that a girl performs a certain service, I'll choose a girl who is already reviewed.
Agree with marauder and Ana. If she isn't advertising "massage only" then she is a full service provider. If she doesn't offer full service when you get there or tries to get more money out of you then she's a fraud. You cannot ask a provider about providing sex over the phone as you will get hung up on and if you don't get hung up on, they could well be LE. As Ana said, if she is a fraud, she won't tell you that over the phone anyway.
actually maybe dude doesnt have such a bad idea here.
one way to find out if she's legit, is to call her up and ask her that and then if she hangs up, you should call back (preferably from a different # -- hehe) and book an appointment.

LOL Ana. You have away of saying things that sound crazy but make a lot of sense.
the courts have defined "full service" as being sexual intercourse
What else have the courts identified as terms or phrases that could get you nailed?
So every out call without a review is a crap shoot. As a working girl you are asked if you are worth the money? No? So I would like to hear from providers what they feel comfortable saying that will put the client at ease knowing she is an escort who goes all the way.
There should be a law against the fakes LOL or scammer upsale. Legalize it I say.... But really ladies other then getting hung up on and using a different number what can I guy ask to see if you are a full service provider? I am at risk too as I call and inquire. Right?

if its on a girl's ad or website, she's arrested as soon as she shows up for the appointment... thats all they need.
sorry let me clarify, i'm pulling my info from my knowledge of arizona cases... each state has it's own set of laws and each prosecuting attorney has different ways of deciding what cases to pursue, every police department has different procedures and judges in different jurisdictions can interpret and appy the same law differently.
besides all that, our legal system was structured to be dynamic in order to reflect our society's values at any given point in time so what is true today isnt going to necessarily be true tomorrow.
the only thing that is a sure thing is that there is no such thing as a sure thing in the hobby. .. its a gambling game and if you can't afford to lose, you shouldnt be playing it.

thats why there are reviews. Read a review and you'll know if she's FS or not.
Seriously, I'll never work in Arizona if that's the case cause I've legitimately been an escort for someone and it never involved sex. He paid me for the time to be his arm candy when he was opening up a club in another country.
And I've spent time with someone and it was erotic, but NOT sexual. The term GFE is too damn broad anyway.

Food for thought. Thanks Ana!

As I stated above, I agree. But there always has to be a first review for every girl - That first reviewer is presumably taking the biggest gamble, so he should be as informed as reasonably possible.

You're right. Those that can afford to TOFTT or those that have been around the block enough times to pick out the scams are the ones who should be exploring uncharted territory.
The fact of the matter is that if a provider doesn't advertise "Massage only" then she is a FS provider. If she doesn't give you FS she's a rip off. It wouldn't make a difference if you could ask her this over the phone anyway as if she was a rip off she would say "yes" and then not give you the service when you got there. So, if you just want to make sure she is FS, any provider advertising as an escort should be FS. If however, you want to know whether she give a good BBBJCIM or whether she isn't a big liar, wait for the reviews.

10 years ago i worked for an agency as a phone operator and the girls would tell me, "yeah you can tell them i'm full service because i get fully nude... it's fully nude service".
so i agree that courts have no right to "interpret" these terms HOWEVER, if you are going to claim that gfe or fs means something else, you better not have a link to any site that defines these terms as anything otherwise. ... for instance, if your site is linked to (escort review site) and (escort review site) defines fs as meaning sexual intercourse and you have fs on your website, it's going to be hard to convince a jury that the fs on your website meant something else.
you do not want to get busted in arizona.
1. first time offense with a clean record -- mandatory minimum 2 weeks in jail
2. sentence to be carried out at tent city (military surplus tents set up on a slab of concrete and surrounded with barbed wire in the middle of the desert -- not summer camp)
3. this past summer a prostitute was left in a cage for 4 hours in 104 degree hot sun with no water and no shade -- she was 10 feet away from the guard station. .. she's dead.
4. they also have chain gangs.. for both women and men.. i think even the juveniles are put into chain gangs..
they target escorts here alot and i've been caught up in a random sting which resulted in a night in jail, but they were only able to charge me with escorting without a license because i did not break the prostitution laws...i.have some fomal legal education and i used to work for a prosecuting attorney so that definitely helps but i'm still like a cat on a hot tin roofie and yeah, i'd be hanging up on the original poster... i wont even agree to hold someone's hand.
when a guy asks me what he gets for his money, i always tell him "nothing... but you get alot of it"
i dont charge enough to risk going to tent city for 2 weeks.

That's pretty horrific, especially the provider who was left to die in a cage. The above should at least show everyone who gets angry about providers not wanting to disclose the specifics over the phone. Don't take it personally and just make sure you pick a provider with a good track record so that you know beforehand what you are going to be getting.
