In Phoenix, to our knowledge, LE have tracked ladies down and used the services listed on their website as the backbone of their case that she was in fact engaging in illegal activities. Gotta agree with Flirty on this one. If you put every acronym that you provide on your website I'm not sure you have a leg to stand on with LE. I find it ironic that just as hobbying and/or ancillary activities vary geographically in many ways, so too does LE's reaction to it. LE has set numerous precidents that they can and will do ANYTHING to make a "bust" (by bust, I mean an accusation - of course, many accusations are thrown out / dropped or settled.)

she's saying that as long as you're advertising as an escort, you're taking the risk of going to jail regardless of what you or your website says. ... if they call you, you will go to jail for showing up, they can hold you for up to 24 hours without charging you for anything.... some states will just ticket you and release you if you dont break the prostitution laws, some will take you to jail and charge you and try to convince you to plead guilty to breaking the law even if you didn't.

recently city of phoenix has been running a sting operation where they are just ticketing the girls for not having their escort license and they are not even trying to get the prostitution charge. . we call this a 'fundraiser".
