Well, I called to book an appointment a day in advance, apparently a cardinal sin to her as she was incredibly rude and hung up on me. I emailed her stating that as unpleasant as she is she should find another line of work. She emails me back stating that there are several good reviews of her (yet to find one) and that asking questions specifically forbidden on her website would cause her to be rude. I didn't ask her any questions other than if she were available the following day. Her tone from just answering the phone was overwhelmingly negative, and I think she is just burned out on the biz. She even admitted to hating her job on her last email to me. Now, to be fair, I was trying to book a day in advance and not 1-2 hours as she states on her website. I still don't think this warrants the level of rudeness she exhibited. She never specifically informed me of my great infraction, but when people are burned out and don't like what they do, they don't need a reason to be unpleasant. Avoid her at all costs, for $300+ an hour, you should find someone who can at least act nice.
Sorry to put so many posts, this will be the last. I just wanted to clarify that I am referring to Diamond Lauren 18. There are several providers named Lauren, and actually seemingly great ones. Just wanted to be specific.
