I saw this on the news yesterday and I have to admit that I chuckled a bit! This is yet one more piece of evidence in a long line that demonstrates that everyone hobbies, from the politicians who legislate against prostitution, to the cops who are supposed to enforce the outdated laws. The funny part about this story is that the officer was soliciting a woman while in uniform!

Indianapolis Officer Charged with Patronizing Prostitute

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - The Marion County prosecutor has filed a felony charge of official misconduct against an Indianapolis police officer accused of paying a prostitute for sex while he was in uniform and driving a police-issued vehicle. A warrant was issued Tuesday for the arrest of Officer James Ingalls, who also faces one misdemeanor count of patronizing a prostitute. According to a probable cause affidavit, Ingalls approached the prostitute more than once about having sex for money at Garden City Elementary School, where Ingalls worked part-time as a guard. Prosecutor Carl Brizzi says Ingalls also warned her to stay off the streets during police prostitution sweeps.
