Hello NR Brether & Ladies,

Here is the second question in the series:

Do reviews have an impact on whether you see a lady or not? Please let us know why?

I know I've been hesitant to see a lady without reviews because it can be a crap shoot. Though I've been fortunate on most ocassions, there have been about a half a dozen times that it was or near a total disaster. My biggest bitch is the use of false pictures and general misrepresentation of services. Being a GFE guy, I hate when they state that they are and they don't even kiss. Does not make me a happy camper.

So, please add your thoughts and let's make our LA forum a world beater. It takes your input and reviews to make this site move to the top!!!

I think the reviews are very helpful. Going to a new place is always roll the dice as it should be. I really would not expect my first visit to be the same as a return visit. Some hobbyists may not want to share their fortunes, but I the the group benefits when we share information.

The reviews are only helpful if they are up-to-date-and accurate.

Gentlemen,

I agree completely with both statements. I use reviews to gauge a provider's performance and rather the meeting place is safe. I realize beuty is in the eye of the heholder and performance is subjective as well. Since I've been a hobbyist for awhile, I tend to give more credence to reviews by a more experience hobbyist. Newbies can really inflate both areas of a review.

I've been posting a lot of reviews myself just now, and I hope they are helpful. I know we all want to read the hot details about a partcular provider, or most recent AMP visit, but instead, I've been trying to post more general information that I've found to be consistant over many years. The ladies come and go, management and prices change, and LE and local politics always play a part in the day-to-day operation of any adult business, so what's the point of reading 3 three year old reviews only to have them end with "YMMV". It may be boring, but I think that honest information on location, parking and cleanliness along with a general reputation and pricing review is just as important, knowing one can always contact the author for recent and specific details.

Anyway, as a "newbie" here, I'd appreciate any feedback to what I've posted so far to let me know if I should bother to continue.

Donalds,

Thank you. I agree completely with your discussion points. I think that reviews are quite helpful in deciding whether or not you're going to see a particular provider. But, they need to be recent if they are going to be of value. I guess the only issue I have is the inflation of some of the scores given. But, since these are very subjective things; looks, performance, etc., it can be difficult to gauge. At least they provide us hobbyists a starting point.

Oh definitely reviews are helpful and provide a "baseline" for your searching efforts.
