Sounds to me like this is more related to them evading taxes...but stay away for now...their website is still up.

From what I gather they were one of the largest agencies in the nation with providers all over the place. The website has been pulled now:
http://www.miamicompanions.com/

At least that means they aren't go to trying stinging new potential clients.
