I have reviewed a couple providers that have disapeared from NR recently.
I am wondering if they took off their profiles or if the NR admin did for some reason?

Hi tonyas1970, we will remove profiles if it is requested by the provider unless we feel that the review is important enough that it should stay (bait and switch, didn't deliver as promised etc...). Please feel free to PM me the providers and I will look into it for you and let you know.
I think you answered the question, if I have this right, the provider has to request that their profile be removed, and it's not a case of admin removing them do to complaints or issues?

Generally that's the case although if someone reports that the contact info is out of date on a profile and we are unable to contact the provider to get her to update it we will unpublish the profile. Generally though, profiles are removed due to provider request.
