I know about the double life, but if I can't find reviews, ad trail through the net, or even references about the photo being real, then I resort to that last rule. I am not getting scammed, but I am definitely being let down when I want to try someone new or worse I can't find my regular girls, well I have to resort to a newbie. It happens to me quite often as well with the guys, but I can't hold a grudge toward all Hobbyists (see my "The True Cost of No-Shows" blog in this forum). Bailey & Christine are right & I can never stress it enough to you gentlemen to screen us as we do you, meaning, Google our names & phone #s, (no spacing filters out any non-relevant entries) search for our reviews, if they have a website that helps add to their credibility a little & visiting it can help you in knowing where to go to confirm ads, contact info, etc, & then check to see if they appear on the "Wall of Shame" at Phoenix Girl Next Door (CLICK HERE), though they don't know about all the scams. Myself? Been late at times, but have only cancelled once since I've been providing (had a Migraine), but re-scheduled for the following night. I've never flaked out & not shown up; as a matter of fact I pride myself in my flexibly accommodating schedule. I had just laid down in bed around 1 am tonight (which is actually a little early for me!) when a regular mssgd me asking if we could meet at 2:30am. I got up out of bed, took a shower, put on make-up & lingerie, & had a wonderful time. So see, some of us really do go the exXxtra mile, but you wouldn't know that unless you did your homework. No one buys a new car they've never even seen without doing some research first, right?

As for the comment from CableDog on us dishing someone, we used to do all the "research" ourselves but the economy kinda put a hold on that. Now we get input via email from our members in addition to our private visits. You are always welcome to send us an email at public.relations@phxgirlnextdoor.com with your thoughts. We've been wrong and we've corrected mistakes and we've been right. We know both sides of the game and our goal is to make it as safe and fun as possible.
Both sides of the game has it's own "wall of shame". We've experienced first hand what it takes to post ads, answer emails, screen clients, answer dumb questions and then have the guy flake on the call. Now we realize how much time, effort and money goes into getting business from a provider's point of view. So, we know and have seen both sides. We have empathy for the hobbyist and the companion.
As a hobbyist, please do not lump providers into the same category and do your proper research before first contact. Once you contact a provider, there is an equal.. if not more in depth... research being done on you.
That's just our two cents.

That's kind of lame, PhxGirlsNextDoor. Your site's claim to fame is outing rip offs, fakes, cash and dash, bait and switch etc providers. Now you say you can't verify that which you post and accept emails from anyone telling you anything and you post it as truth? I used to and still do peruse your site but you've lost a bit of credibility with your statements here. Maybe I'm just not smart enough to understand.

My advice to him was after exhausting a search for either posting history or reviews. Why do you assume we did not look for reviews? And tons of girls put their face pics up. My system is paranoia keeps you alive and it has worked. I have survived and escaped situations that get others in trouble. I can't speak for that guy, but I don't mess with someone who has no posting history, reviews, and no face pics of the provider in question. I am glad you have a lot of reviews but the girl he was asking about has no reviews, no history, so go the safe route and get someone who does. That is all.
