Not that I am aware of from within the sight, but you could list your IM address on your profile, like a AOL ID, Yahoo ID, Hotmail ID or Gmail ID. I have chatted live with providers through those site that I have come to know, or are trying to know; otherwise you end up e-mailing one another, or just using the Private Message function here (PM).
