You almost alway have to leave a message not many will just pick up for one reason or another. But if you don't leave a message most won't call you back at all.
Leave a message. Clearly state your name. Number. A good time to reach you. Make sure your number is unblocked (most ladies will not respond to private calls)
Sometimes they might be around other people and just can't answer at that moment. Or they might be busy at the moment doing something.
