This is what I get for not doing my homework. Honestly, I saw she was Ukrainian and stopped paying attention after that. The location is in a pretty good area although a little hard to find behind the building, but that's where the parking is, so it helps. Ninel's got to be somebody's Babushka and the frosted blond hair wasn't fooling me.
