I've spent a lot of time at Bliss over the last 4 years. Some of Chevy's information is inaccurate. The "raised" area is "Silver VIP" $15 to get in, $15 per dance. He's right that on the floor there is little touching. That's due to the floor men. There are many dancers who will let you do some touching if you are cool and ask. If they say yes, they can tell the floor men to back off, and they will. When you find a dancer like that the Silver are is one of the better VIP deals in town. If you pick the right dancer you can have plenty of mutual contact. If you're a gent, and a regular so a girl gets to know you, you can bypass the $15 per song. I've had great success with offering a $100 tip and asking her to decide when she's is done. Plus, this club gives you the best $1 stage tip action of any non-nude club I've been to. I'd disagree with the 4-7 rating. They do have a variety of quality but no less than I have seen at Centerfolds or Candy Store, which are the only other north end clubs. In fact, Bliss is where I found the most gorgeous dancer I have ever seen in Phoenix or Vegas.

Bliss is not my favorite club right now, but I always have a good time.
