Talk of the Town has been "spruced up" a bit, and even if you visit with "low expectations", it is "very much" worth a look or two. Although one visitor referred to it as the "most vile place" in a "bad neighborhood," where "the inside" "looks even worse" than "the outside" - which is "an eyesore...."YMMV", as some visitors had a "great" time, even though there are generally "very few" people in at any given time.
